I had a great stay at Capitalia Condesa. I traveled alone and felt extremely safe. There was always someone at the door which was always locked, and the door to my unit had a code that only I knew. The location is walking distance from many great restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and cute shops. If I had a problem or a question someone was always there to help. The facilities were incredibly clean and comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer in unit. I will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Michoacan 76. This is a new building run by a property management company. Our unit exceeded our expectations and was very clean. Ramon & Jesus (doormen) are extremely friendly and helpful in every regard. They are also patient as I was able to practice my Spanish with them.  When I asked where to put the garbage, a room refresh occurred which was a nice surprise. 

The location is outstanding with lots of restaurants, shops, street vendors, parks and a good grocery store within easy walking distance. We also took advantage of the Ecobici's (several hubs nearby) and you can reach all of Centro's attractions easily by bike from this location.

Our unit was on the backside of the building on the 4th floor - the view was mainly of adjacent roof tops.

We would definitely stay at 76 Michoacan again or try another of Capitalia's properties as they know how to serve their customers.

We stayed in the flat for 9 days and really felt like home. The bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfy, the couch is a bit small for two people but comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is right outside the door and nice and sunny. There is a little gym area, too, which we used for doing yoga.

Our main criticism is the noise from the street, that is quite busy and runs right outside the bedroom. We had to use earplugs to sleep comfortably.

The service was excellent. The communication with Capitalia was flawless, they were attentive and helpful. One employee stayed up all night for us to welcome us at arrival in the middle of the night. Thank you Marco!

The neighborhood felt perfectly safe during the day, and we also didn‘t have any problems walking around in the evening in the dark. We got around using Ubers, walking, or with the bus that departs 5 mins away from the flat.

All in all we recommend the place for a stay in CDMX.

Los departamentos están muy bien.  La zona es excelente para caminar.  El único problema que tuve fue con entrar y salir de Polanco.  Mis citas no eran en la zona, y a ciertas horas, es un dolor de cabeza entrar. y salir.  Todo lo demás excelente!

Estuvo excelente la estancia, el depa es muy cómodo, limpio, con elevador y seguridad 24 hrs.
Me encantó que el baño es amplio y lindo.
Tienen espejo de cuerpo completo así que es un plus! 
La iluminación es adecuada, los aires acondicionados funcionan perfectamente. 
La entrada autónoma me facilitó mucho la estadía 😅 
Todos súper amables siempre :)

I had an excellent experience. the host stored my luggage in a secure location for the full day prior to check in! The area is very walkable, with several good restaurants/bars nearby. The amenities at this location were fabulous; they have a sauna, gym, jacuzzi, rooftop patio, and bicycles to roam the streets!

Beautiful apartment. Easy access. Close to many interesting things. Only thing that I did not like was that there was a door between our apartment and the one next to us. And this door did not lock from our side. So anyone from the next door apartment could walk into ours any time they felt like.

It was a very modern air b and b, very clean with kind hosts who are responsive. The beds are super comfortable, shower is great and all of the rooms are spacious! It was right next to a street so it did have some loud noises but I’m a heavy sleeper so it wasn’t a bother. I would absolutely recommend as it’s close to the centre and also has great things around it. Thanks again for a great stay🩷

Excelente lugar para alojarse, departamento amplio, cómodo, bonito y limpio.. cajones de estacionamiento reducidos pero el personal del edificio nos ayudó con eso y en todo momento, fácil acceso al edificio, solo nos pidieron la id y listo.. si volvería a este lugar!

El alojamiento está muy bien , limpio , ordenado con todo lo indicado y descrito en la plataforma , un lugar muy agradable para descansar y sobre todo en una zona con muchos restaurantes y zona comercial , excelente para hacer caminatas largas y agradables ! Great find and location.  Our only complaint was the super thin walls that made it quite hard to sleep due to exterior noises. Other than that, we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone!
