Modern, chic and renovated 1 bedroom condo perfect for digital nomads. All of our apartments are newly renovated, with high speed WIFI, fully equiped kitchen, Smart TV, smart speaker, bathroom with Loredana ammenities, and balcony. This apartment also has a sofa bed in the living room. We are pet friendly so your 4 paw companion can come with you.

We do our best to provide a calm and peaceful stay, however, please consider there may be noise coming from outside.
Yes, we are pet friendly. We charge a pet fee of $50 USD per stay for the amenities and additional room cleaning, there would be an extra charge in case of any eventuality.
Be careful if you or your visits park on the street, you have to put money in the parking meters otherwise the vehicle will be inmobilized.
Please be careful when using the bikes: use helments and respect traffic rules.
